Common Goals Handover (& HUGE sale!)

We have some big news here at Common Goals. We are excited to announce that in the New Year the Common Goals project will be run by Exeter local punk collective No Seatbelt DIY.

Since we launched Common Goals back in 2012, myself and Nathan have always wanted to be able to put more time in to the project and really push it forward. However we just haven’t been able to find the time (as is always the way!). After meeting a few months ago and having a chat we realised that 2017 was going to be even harder to run the project to its full potential. We met with the No Seatbelt group and after proposing the handover to them, their first words were ‘Hell yeah’. Clearly it would seem, we are handing Common Goals over to a group of younger, more enthusiastic, versions of ourselves! We know they are going to do an awesome job taking the project forward and we can’t wait to see the amazing products they will be selling, the bands they will be getting on board and the charities they will be donating to.

To ready the project for the handover we are going to be running a HUGE sale in our online store until the New Year. We have shirts from as little as £7.50 so go over and grab a bargain. As always, all the profits from the sales will be donated to the respective charities that the band has chosen.

We are so chuffed and proud of how much money the project has been able to raise in this first phase of its life. We will be posting the totals at the end of the year before we sign off.

Thanks again and go buy a shirt!!
